Tsebo Holdings was awarded the contract for meals, facilities management, and cleaning services on site. Siyakha identified a local partner, implemented 3-year skills transfer programme, engaged local food producers in supplier development, and employed over 80% local staff while supporting their development.
PRASA Rail
Designed a suitable Localisation Strategy to meet the PRASA Rolling Stock Commitments including local structure, sourcing local suppliers, sourcing local staff, a capacity building programme & a 10-year monitoring and evaluation framework.
