Siyakha Consulting's Search and Selection team offers a vast knowledge of recruitment with over 20 years in broad-based professional and executive search and selection experience.

We think of ourselves as Consultants who specialise in recruitment rather than a body shop looking to provide our clients with resources. 

We understand that selecting the right person for the right job is essential to the growth and success of any business  Therefore, we follow an interactive approach to selection, recruitment and placement that is based on a close working relationship with our clients and candidates. 

Each client and candidate is assigned his or her own Recruitment Specialist.  This specialist works with the client and candidate from pre-interviewing right through to post-employment phase. 

This is to ensure that not only are skills taken into account, but culture and successful induction too.
